Well I'm glad I bought the expended warranty. Bought a 2013 34BH have not had near the issues you have but it does appear to be cheaply made.

We purchased this travel trailer brand new in 2006 and on our first trip out the slide out would not come back in and we had to pay $40.00 to have someone at the campground put it in for us and we had to be at Disney World in Florida for a week with it in. Then, the...

WENCH BROKE....SNAPPED AND CUT MY SONS HAND

We just bought a 2010 left over model 2 years ago and the wench came crashing down and thank GOD my son's hand was only cut. The camper falling on his head or my husbands head trying to get the safety bars out. It is a Clipper 107. Coachman says it has a lifetime warranty and if it has corrosion it is not covered. it is environmental. They dont want to hear about the RUST or their product. They didnt care. We didnt even get it up all the way before it came crashing down. The dealer is going to take care of the problem but couldnt get Coachman to do there part at no cost. This is BULL... The camper cable should not snap with about 6 uses. I can understand if it salt but its not. These cables should not RUST.....PLEASE DONT BUY A COACHMAN PRODUCT. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO WE CAN CONTACT...

Contact forest river with any problems they are the owner of coachman. I have a 2013 coachman clipper and it flooded do to an issue with the door that we had been complaining about since the day that we purchased it in june of last year.

We fought with coachman to fix all of the damage since the bunk-ends and mattresses were all molded and the counters were all warped from the water that sat inside the camper and it sat there, without our knowledge, until we put it up. so everything got ruined. Coachman finally said that they would replace the counter-tops but nothing else.

What a load, we have been fighting to get the camper door fixed, were the leak ended up resulting, since about a month after we purchased it and all we got was treated horribly. I would not recommend coach due to their poor customer service.

Tire on coachman rv 5th wheel

Purchased a new 2012 chaparral by Coachman, 5th wheel. In less than 10,000 miles had three tires go bad. Excessive wear, broken belt on the other two. Tire brand was triangle tires made in China, and sold by Lionshead Tire & Wheels out of Goshen, In. And sold to Coachman RV out of In. also. I was lucky to have gotten it home and parked when I found the tire problem. The dealer told us they put on cheep tires that being Ed at Autorama RV Center in Des Moines,Ia. With a $35,500 unit , tires should last longer than 10,000 miles. In talking with all three Comp. they refused to get involved. My advise to all look else where, and stay clear. They just sell them. Have filed a complaint with DOT on the cheep tires. Next stop is BBB.

I purchased a 2012 Forest River V-Cross Platnum in 2013. It came with Triangle Radial 8 ply tires.

The 4 tires, on the ground, all separated in the first 2 years.

The last tire (the spare) ran for 1500 miles before it also separated (still had the little "nubbies" on it).

No luck talking to Triangle any Triangle dealer. No luck talking to Lionshead Tire & Wheels out of Goshen, In who is listed as the main importer.

Stay away from Triangle tires!

Not much pride in quality control

Update by user Jun 06, 2013

All I can say is that Coachmen has stepped up to the plate and is in the process of resolving my problems 100%. In addition they are also providing a few upgrades at no cost for all my troubles.

At this point I do not think other manufacturers would go so far out of their way to for customer satisfaction. I guess my biggest problem was having the breakdowns that I encountered.

All is well here.

We purchased a Coachmen Encounter in June 2012. Our first short trip in Williamsburg VA resulted in loss of 1 a/c unit in 95 degrees heat and about 12 others items not working. Next trip had problems with the leveling system and other minor issues. November trip leveling system crunched entry door. After 7 more weeks in the shop door was replaced. Very next trip last weekend door again was crunched with the leveling system. At this point trying to fix again is a waste of time since it can happen at any time. Next stop is my attorneys' office.

I unfortunately purchased a Sportscoach motorhome. There were numerous issues with it, the headlights were aimed improperly, the lane change cameras did not work, the awning was improperly installed (it got ripped off by a cross wind), there was a soft spot in the floor, the rear air conditioner caved in, and there were many minor flaws. The manufacturer was not helpful in resolving the issues, unless I went to great expense to take the coach to them (1000 miles one way).In fact, they accused me of having had a party on the roof and broken a truss -- only to find they did not install the trusses in the first place.I sold this motorhome at a great loss and am sorry I ever considered anything Sportscoach/Coachmen makes. However, I don't wish them ill; with this kind of problem, unless they change, they simply won't be around much longer. The factory needs to go out of business and they will soon enough.-Jim Tadlock jqt1954@gmail.com

brand new RV from Delmarva power. The person they paid to deliver my RV damaged the RV along with the fact that many items in the RV did not work.

Management Rob Lentz, who is a demonic *** nasty, no communication, The devil himself, lies whenever his mouth is open. Lots of complaints about Delmarva RV. Nasty nasty person, they are criminals. Never responded to my many calls and emails, even tho they say they are trying to get in touch with me.

PROVE IT. I have my EMAILS and Phone Call list from Verizon.

They cannot produce a single piece of proof. LIARS If you want in on a mass lawsuit, let me know.

We have read many negative comments about the issues owners have had and with servicing.

Wow, wishing would have seen all if this before buying a Freedom Express from Hunter RV in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Bought a brand new one in March (2015).

The kitchen slide has been leaking from the get go. Has been worked on 4 times, still leaks. Now they say the slide has to be completely redone. Then last night my husband walks into the bedroom and steps in water.

Coming in the ceiling of the closet. Soaked floor, soaked clothes.

This is a nightmare!!! Never will buy a Coachmen again .
