If Only We Had Checked This Website Earlier! Picked up our BRAND-NEW 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun 260DS on September 6th---since then, it has been in our possession for only four days.
Within a couple of hours, it was back at the dealer (Scottsdale RV) for a number of issues. They kept it for 10days, then returned it with only one item repaired---the broken tie-back! Since then, it has been back and forth to the only other authorized Leprechaun service center in Dewey, AZ, 90 minutes from our house. We did get it for four days and took it for a camping trip---furnace broke, shower leaked, causing lino to bubble, batteries won't hold charge for more that 4 hours, and auto-levelers deployed as we were coming down a mountain at 60 mph.
Took it back to dealership 11/6 and today, 12/5, still waiting for Coachmen to approve warranty work. And even once they approve, can take 2-3 weeks for them to ship parts to dealer. Today and yesterday, have been calling on an hourly basis and leaving vm---no call back.
Service at Coachmen sucks, dealer service centers overworked and under-trained. What a friggin' nightmare!

Oh man been down that road with coachman. I know how you feel. Coachman could care less about you.
Get on yelp and keep bashing them and call them out. It took me over a year to get any help.
They watch yelp reviews. And besides that yelp sends complaint to coachman. Keep saying shitty stuff about there junk.
For how long it takes and you must do the same to the dealer that screwed you. They to will go after coachman.
Bash the *** out of Jason brewer. He is the big man in Middlebury Mich. A big fat lieing no good sob.
Post over and over to yelp. Keep it up monthly or weekly and sometimes daily just get pissed and keep going off about the rotten *** craftsman ship and careless ways they throw them things together and expect people to buy there crap.
