2009 267RLS 5th wheel try to find a structural plan on the floor framing as the flooring is really spongy and needs replacement at the entry door and around the kitchen cabinet. Coachman filed bankruptcy in 2009 and was taken over by Forest River, they have told me that all the archives were destroyed

Does any body know where this info can be found as Forest River has been no help at all. I've started this little project but are afraid I won't find any support members under the floor to receive the repair. The sub floor is made up with 1/4" luan, 1-1/2" styrafoam, and 1/4" luan, (very poor design), the water pump is located under the sink against the wall almost totally inaccessible

HELP!

That business about destroying records is an obvious falsehood. Part of the "strategic competence" of any company is to retain everything of any relevance. I was in charge of historical records for a major electrical manufacturer and we could trace specific units back as far as 1946 (when the company ceased war production of bazooka shells), That allowed us to match, replace, repair, expand anything from the last 70 years even though the company had traded hands 4 times.

I totally agree, and looking at other comments re; Forest River and complaints' service, they have a bad PR problem
